All products purchased through Counting With Kids are digital products transferred immediately upon purchase. Because these products are a transfer of knowledge and digital information, rather than a physical shipped product, all Counting With Kids purchases are non-refundable.

Math Companions Cancellation Policy

Math Companion memberships can be cancelled any time by emailing help@countingwithkids.com. A cancellation will be processed and confirmed before your next payment. The membership will remain active until the next payment would have been due.

Membership fees renew automatically each month until a membership is cancelled and past membership payments are non-refundable.

If you would like to switch to a different Math Companion membership but are in the middle of a month, please email help@countingwithkids.com for assistance.
